Group Leader: Lisa Burns

Meet your Group Leader Lisa Burns, Lisa is a full-time primary teacher as well as a writer. We asked Lisa what was her favourite thing to read. She told us:

My favourite book is The Bell Jar by Sylvia Plath! I am also a huge fan of The Hunger Games trilogy by Suzanne Collins. Although these books are very different I love them for very similar reasons. Both authors have created strong female characters who are relatable and have the potential to change the worlds that they inhabit.
