New Writing North’s free summer programmes are for young people aged 11-19 to try fun writing projects, meet like-minded people and make something new in a relaxed, friendly and inclusive environment.
Pick n Mix is a jam-packed programme of creativity with something for everyone! Come along to meet other young people and try out a range of activities from theatre to creative writing to songwriting.
Everyone is welcome, no experience necessary. Come along and get creative!

Creative Family Drop-ins
Families of all ages are invited to come along in the mornings from 10am-12pm to take part in creative workshops, followed by a free lunch from 12pm-1pm. All children must be accompanied by an adult for these workshops. No need to book, just turn up.
