I’m thrilled to be part of such an interesting and diverse organisation. The work that NWN undertake is an inspiration for everyone and our ambition is to create a central base where this work can be accessible to all. The importance of including arts and culture as a central part of a successful cityscape is well documented and we want to consider every opportunity, from small buildings to being part of a larger scale development. The dynamic that NWN Centre for Writing will bring can be transformational both socially and economically and what we’re all going through at the moment has made this even more important for Newcastle.
