A Northern Talent Network event for anyone interested in screenwriting, including a workshop on developing peer-support networks. Produced by New Writing North.

Programmed by New Writing North in partnership with Channel 4, as part of the Northern Talent Network, with thanks to the Brewery Arts Centre for their hosting of the event.

We’re delighted to be visiting Kendal for an afternoon of insight and discussion around Writing for Television. This special event is for anyone looking to enhance their knowledge of screenwriting, no matter what your experience, and will include a special workshop on developing peer-support networks. We’re thrilled to be joined by industry experts including Hannah Rose (Comedy Development Producer for Tiger Aspect) and the writer Afshan D’souza-Lodhi, with others to be announced. You will have the opportunity to meet other emerging screenwriters and given the chance to put your questions to industry experts.

Please note, we will be hosting other Writing for TV events online and in different locations in the North in the near future. You can also watch our Writing for Television roadshow from earlier in the year on our YouTube channel Event recording | Writing for TV Awards Roadshow – YouTube.
