We’re delighted to be coming to sunny South Shields for a day dedicated to the art of making people laugh. This event is aimed at those currently creating DIY short film, podcasts, stand-up, or comedy for online platforms. North East Comedy Hot House will be debunking comedy writers’ rooms and we’ll be joined by comedy producers and commissioners to give their insight into the industry, how to pitch and what networks are looking for. We’ll hear from comedy writers about their experiences, and they’ll pass on tips for new writers.
