We’re excited to be visiting lovely Stockton-on-Tees for a roadshow featuring writers and industry professionals. Join us for an evening of insightful discussion and networking with the chance to have your questions answered by our speakers.
Confirmed guests include literary agent Imogen Morrell from Greene & Heaton, and writers Carmen Marcus, Rebecca Muddiman and Sarah Davy, with sessions about how to build a peer network and strategies for managing a writing career.
This event will be of interest to new, emerging and established novelists and short-story writers who are looking to develop their knowledge of the industry and forge new connections. Light refreshments will be available.
The flagship Northern Writers’ Awards are open until 12 February 2024. They are open to published and unpublished writers of fiction, narrative non-fiction and poetry. These awards are made possible through New Writing North’s partnership with our lead partner Northumbria University.
