Type: Young People

Being a young person can be difficult!

Sometimes you just need to escape and take a breather. Come to Safe Space.

Join a social and creative group: Make new connections and try creative workshops run by a professional artist where you express yourself through writing and art. No previous experience necessary.

Get support: Youth workers, mental health peer support workers and link workers are on hand to offer support and guidance with any issues you may be facing, no matter how big or small.

Safe Space is a friendly, free and warm space where you can be yourself. Drop-in to any session and see if it’s for you!

We welcome young people who are care experienced, neurodiverse or LGBTQ+ and anyone aged 16-25 looking for a safe space to be themselves.
