The Voyage Home is set in the aftermath of the Trojan War. As Troy lies in smoking ruins and the victorious Greeks fill their ships with the spoils of battle, Pat Barker once again chronicles the experiences of the women, in this follow-up to her bestselling The Women of Troy and The Silence of the Girls.
Pat Barker is an internationally acclaimed writer of 16 novels, including the Booker Prize-winning The Ghost Road, from the Regeneration Trilogy. She lives and works in Durham.
