Lockdown has been difficult for many of us. Even those who haven’t been adversely affected by Covid-19 are missing family, friends and a sense of normality. But it can also be an opportunity to slow down and pay more attention to the place and the ways we are spending most of our time.
We were so charmed by artist and writer Helen Shaddock’s Locked in- Lockdown diaries project, that first we tried them out ourselves and then we commissioned Helen to create a template for our readers.
Home Time invites you to draw and write your day, to reflect upon the small details that make each day unique. The journal encourages us to pay attention to nature and the world around us; to think about what makes us happy and what we long for; to connect with others; and even to preserve for the future this strange moment in time. Read more about Helen’s inspiration on our blog.
The page is free to download and print. Don’t forget to share your Home Time stories with us using #HomeTime on social media.
