NWN joins forces with NARC. to launch new magazine Cuckoo Press

New Writing North have partnered with regional music and culture magazine NARC. to produce a new bi-annual literary magazine aimed at under-23-year-olds. The first issue of Cuckoo Press will be out at the end of November and distributed alongside NARC. as well as in schools, colleges and universities.
Filled with quality content from young writers in the region, Cuckoo Press will contain poetry, prose and reviews alongside tips for writers and much more, and aims to encourage a dialogue between creative, ambitious and imaginative young people who are engaged with arts and culture in the North East.
