Philip Pullman and Bill Bryson confirmed for Durham Book Festival

On Wednesday 12 August, we will be launching the programme for Durham Book Festival 2015, revealing more than 50 literary events taking place in Durham this October. From that date, all of our tickets will be on sale via our site.
But two of our headline events are taking place at Gala Theatre, and their programme goes on sale today.
We are pretty sure you will be as excited as we are that Philip Pullman and Bill Bryson are coming to Durham, and we wanted to give you a heads up in case tickets sell out before you have a chance to buy yours. We don’t need to tell you that it’s a rare occurrence to get just one of these literary giants in Durham, but we do need to tell you that tickets are available now from the Gala Theatre box office.
