Royal Court Writers’ Group: North

Over the past three months, the nine writers on our Royal Court Writers’ Group: North programme, Olivia Hannah, Karen Laws, Mhairi Ledgerwood, Laura Lindow, Jack Nicholls, Tamsin Daisy Rees, Lindsay Rodden, Chris Salt and Zosia Wand, have worked with leading UK playwrights Alistair McDowall, Stacey Gregg, Emteaz Hussain, Simon Stephens and Tom Wells to develop their own new work.
The programme is run in collaboration with Royal Court Theatre and Northern Stage. The first public readings of the plays that have been developed by the group will take place in The Site at the Royal Court Theatre in May 2018, which you can book now and will also be shared at Northern Stage in September.
