Phaedra joined New Writing North in September 2021 as Senior Manager, Finance and Operations. She has 35 years’ experience working in Finance in the private retail and lettings sectors, the last six and a half years being in the education sector.

She looks after the day-to-day financial operations, HR and general administration within the company.
